unlike most docks, the docks here are floating rafts, easily shakeable, though they never capsize. the docks are removed from the water during the winter, but they're one of the coolest places for exploration, should anybody be into that kind of thing. small sailboats and motorboats are docked here, and most boat owners are nice enough to let other people to get on board and look around if they're curious.

the arcade is one of the best places for the energetic male teenager. there are plenty of games for playing, and there's always a touleane student or two hanging around after school's over. the arcade also has a pizza restaurant inside so you can pause your game and grab a bite to eat without leaving the building. some students who have the time and energy come down and work at the arcade to earn a little extra money.

RIVERFRONT
being on an island, there's quite a lot of water around the city, though only side actually borders the city. part of it is off limits to anybody who doesn't work there, but the rest is anybody's playground. a series of floating docks allows people to walk around on the water and gain easy access to their boat, if they own one. there are a few nice restaurants scattered around on the river front, and a few great places for teenagers to chill, such as the arcade.
